About us
In our stylish turn-of-the-century house we offer a fully equipped apartment with optionally one or two bedrooms since more than 20 years. Our complete attic floor of 100 sqm. is to be rent for 1 to 8 persons. Highlight is the phantastic view from the roof balcony.
In addition we rent accomodation with kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and terrace in the souterrain with one bedroom for up to 3 persons.
Our house is well located to several motorways and public transport. The Frankenstrasse is in the green center of the town, called Stadtwald.
Local recreation areas such as the lake Baldeney as well as the center of town or the trade fair premise Messe Essen is to be reached fast.
The busstop Waldsaum, 50 meters from the house, takes you to the fair within 11 minutes.
Düsseldorf and its fair and airport is 20 minutes away via the motorway A52.

Our attic floor has two separated bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has up to four beds. From the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable roof balcony you have a wonderful view across the Stadtwald up to the center of town.

All prices stated per night.
We ask for 10 Euro extra if you stay less than two nights.
